The Opening Day

It was opening day of dove season it was really dark as we got up. When day light broke all you heard was pow pow! Then we went back to my house and counted all the birds we slayed.
We chopped the breast in two right down the bone evenly. After we looked for bbs in the meat and took them out so you wouldn’t chip your tooth.
We started cooking the dove and getting all our thing together. First we rap half the breast in bacon. Then put a tooth pick in to hold it in place. Next we got the coals blazing hot. Last we took them in and let them cool.

I Miss 2013 and Welcome 2014

2013 just came to an end and I want to tell you about it. This year my family got a swimming pool. It is a salt water pool and is 13 feet with a cave. When the workers were done with the digging I thought it was 18 feet deep. It took 2 moths to finish the pool. The outside of it had a fir place, a grill, and a walk in into the pool. My dad, brother, and I went deep sea fishing in Seattle. When we went we got up at 4:30 and went and met our guide. Then we went fishing and we caught 32 flounder they are a flat fish that lives at the bottom of the ocean. This year I want to pass the star test. I want to shoot my first pig. I want to stop chewing on my fingers. I want to learn how to clean fish. I want to read Dairy of a wimpy kid, Old yeller, Hunger Games, and Jackie and Me.

December 7,1941

People on guard thought it was the U.S. planes

Every person was on the beach or a sleep

At around 8:00 AM the Japanese bombed the U.S.

Remember the people who died in world war 11 it was the

Last day of some mens life, December 7,1941

Hero of the day was Doris Miller

At Hawaii was where the USS Arizona memorial took place

Roosevelt said the day would live in infamy

Battleships sunk were the Arizona, Oklahoma, California, and West Virginia

Over time the Pacific Fleet recovered

Really it was a big surprise to the U.S. Navy

Jamestown or Plymouth

Pilgrims where friends with the Indians.

Landed in Cape Code.

Young people die.

Meant to land in Jamestown.

Other  people want too have a celebration.

Usually the pilgrim did not eat.

They traded with the Indians.

Had to  build a city because they  did not land in Jamestown .

Did not have clean water.

I would want to live in the Plymouth  colony, because they where friends with the Indians. Their colony was very successful and not a lot of people  die. They celebrated the first Thanksgiving. They did not live in the swamps like Jamestown did.
